Condo Description
This condo includes the exclusive right to use boat slip #1
which is on a wide canal at the corner of the canal and the
intra-coastal; and therefore, it is easy to get in and out of the
slip. You can see your boat from the balcony and the kitchen window
You will be amazed when you see the spectacular view of the intra-coastal waterway and
the ocean from the balcony and from all of the the rooms of the condo. This
is a corner unit located on the Southeast corner of the building
overlooking the pool area and boat slips.
From the balcony, you can see the ocean and the entire intra-coastal
to the North and to the South, as well as the canal to the West and
downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Large format
semi-polished travertine tiles are installed on a diagonal
throughout the condo with the exception of the bedrooms which is
engineered wood flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite
counter-tops and the kitchen includes all stainless steel
appliances. The foyer and hallways include a tray ceiling and
decorator track lighting. All rooms feature crown molding millwork.
The sliding glass door
and all windows are designed for storm protection for winds up to
200 miles per hour and serve as a sound barrier, as well.
Two assigned parking
spaces for this unit are in the front of the building just steps from the
front door of the lobby.
Building Features
Lauderdale Tower is
located on the intra-coastal in the prestigious Coral Ridge area of Fort
Lauderdale. It is a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to
many restaurants including Shooters, Kim Bokampers and many more on the
other side of the intra-coastal.
The pool area
includes two barbeque grills
covered by awnings and the pool is heated
during the winter.
The fitness center
overlooks the pool area and the intra-coastal waterways.
Concierge in the lobby is provided during the day and security after
hours.
Pets
are allowed for owners, but not allowed for renters.
Owners
can rent in the first year of ownership. |
